However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any item shipped by Rushed Box for a full credit or refund for up to 15 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition with original unopened packaging. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF OPENED ITEMS. Please note that this includes breaking the original manufacturer seal.
Items returned in new condition with original packaging after more than 15 days after delivery date will be charged a 20% restocking fee, after more than 3 months it is a 40% restocking fee, and after more than 6 months the item is unreturnable.. Before returning anything, Customer must call or email Customer Service to obtain a Returned Authorization.. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA: customer name, invoice number, and the nature of the problem. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. It is important that the order number is clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RA number or Order number will take upto 15 days to process.
If you are returning an item shipped in error by us, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will email you prepaid return label to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense. Shipping expense in the case of free shipping will be calculated as shipping charges incurred by us. Once your return has been received and processed a credit or refund will be issued within 14 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

If for any reason you as a buyer have issued us wrong information and package comes back to us , we will have no choice but to cancel the order and refund the amount back minus shipping charges. If the item was purchased on day or month when shipping was free, You can still return your item according the store policy till returnable days however your refund amount will be Deducted for up to $10.00 even if the item is return within returnable time. Item that are shipped for free for Orders for Monitor and bulky items will be Charged full shipping charges that might have cost the Store while shipping.
